Package Your Items
Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all garment tags remain attached and the clothing is in its original condition.
Print and Attach Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, then securely affix it to the outside of your return package.
Drop Off and Track
Drop your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of arrival.
